  • Altura provides real batch photos, COA, spec sheets, and relevant QC files prior to order confirmation.

4. Quotations & Pricing

Prices provided are:

  • Non-binding
  • Subject to final confirmation
  • Based on volume, specification, and destination

A formal Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued before payment.

5. Compliance & Documentation

Altura ensures the availability of export-related documents including:

  • COA (SGS / Intertek)
  • Phytosanitary Certificate
  • Spec sheet
  • Packing list & invoice
  • Traceability information

However, regulatory requirements may differ by country; it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm specific import requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Altura is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by force majeure
  • Customs holds or inspections
  • Changes in destination-country regulations
  • Logistics disruptions outside our control

We always operate to minimize risks and ensure compliance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logo, text, graphics, and custom icons — is property of Altura Trade & Supply unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
